- Troubleshoot ,Configure & Maintain Customer IT Networks encompassing Wireless Controllers, IAPs, Switches, Firewall & NAC Devices, Technologies like SD-WAN,SASE platforms to name a few.
- Customer Engagement over Emails & Phone for Troubleshooting the reported Network issues & suggesting recommendations based on analysis.
- Vendor Engagement over Emails, Vendor Portal & Phone as & when required for as part of the reported Network issue.
- Escalation Engagement for complex troubleshooting whenever required.
- Creating KB articles for well known issues.
- Accomplishing organizational goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to Business.
- Associate level certification is a must.
