Job Description
- Troubleshoot, Configure & Maintain Customer IT Networks encompassing Wireless Controllers, IAPs, Switches, Firewall & NAC Devices; niche Technologies like SD-WAN, SASE platforms to name a few. Implement configuration changes.
- Customer Engagement over Email vendor portals & Phone for troubleshooting the reported Network issues & suggesting recommendations based on analysis.
- Vendor Engagement / Escalations over Emails, Vendor Portals and Phone as & when required for as part of the reported Network issue.
- Handling Technical & process escalations to ensure services are met within agreed SLA.
- Escalation Engagement with L2 & L4 for escalated /complex troubleshooting and pending issue.
- Expert in installation, configuration of LAN & WAN Technologies
- Good Ticketing Tool knowledge
- Experienced in handling Incident / Change / Problem management & Service request workflow
- Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity & scalability.
- Mentor team members L1, L2 on Technical issues.
- Creating KB articles for well-known issues.
- Automate Tasks & measure their effectiveness.
- Accomplishing organizational goals by accepting ownership for new requests; explore opportunities to add value to Business.
