Job Description

  • Troubleshoot, Configure & Maintain Customer IT Networks encompassing Wireless Controllers, IAPs, Switches, Firewall & NAC Devices; niche Technologies like SD-WAN, SASE platforms to name a few. Implement configuration changes.
  • Customer Engagement over Email vendor portals & Phone for troubleshooting the reported Network issues & suggesting recommendations based on analysis.
  • Vendor Engagement / Escalations over Emails, Vendor Portals and Phone as & when required for as part of the reported Network issue.
  • Handling Technical & process escalations to ensure services are met within agreed SLA.
  • Escalation Engagement with L2 & L4 for escalated /complex troubleshooting and pending issue.
  • Expert in installation, configuration of LAN & WAN Technologies
  • Good Ticketing Tool knowledge
  • Experienced in handling Incident / Change / Problem management & Service request workflow
  • Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity & scalability.
  • Mentor team members L1, L2 on Technical issues.
  • Creating KB articles for well-known issues.
  • Automate Tasks & measure their effectiveness.
  • Accomplishing organizational goals by accepting ownership for new requests; explore opportunities to add value to Business.
